In order to determine the cost of knowing you've found that special someone, we next compare the typical number of dates it takes for both men and women to realize they're with "the one" with the average cost of a date in cities across the United States.
Our estimate of the price of a date night takes into account four presumptive costs: food, a movie, a ridesharing, and alcoholic beverages. The cost of a rideshare was calculated using the published prices for each city by Uber and the typical duration of a ridesharing journey. The two-person supper, movie tickets, and beverages were calculated using Expatisan's cost of living data.
